Information We Collect
When you chat with Saly on this site, submit your contact details, or book a demo, we collect what you share directly — your name, email, and the content of your message. We also log basic technical data (like IP address) to prevent abuse of the chat.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a demo or trial, and improve Sellatrix. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored in a PostgreSQL database with industry-standard security practices. Any connected third-party credentials (like a store's own API keys) are encrypted at rest and never stored in plain text.
Third-Party Services
Sellatrix relies on a small set of subprocessors to operate: OpenAI (AI processing), Meta (WhatsApp and Messenger messaging), Shopify (optional catalog sync), and Stripe or Lemon Squeezy (billing). Each processes only what's needed for its function.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies to track you across other sites. Your language preference is determined by the URL path, not a cookie.
