Information We Collect
When you chat with Saly on this site, submit your contact details, or book a demo, we collect what you share directly — your name, email, and the content of your message. We also log basic technical data (like IP address) to prevent abuse of the chat.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a demo or trial, and improve Sellatrix. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored in a PostgreSQL database with industry-standard security practices. Any connected third-party credentials (like a store's own API keys) are encrypted at rest and never stored in plain text.
Third-Party Services
Sellatrix relies on a small set of subprocessors to operate: OpenAI (AI processing), Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram messaging), Telegram (Telegram messaging), Shopify (optional catalog sync), and Stripe or Lemon Squeezy (billing). Each processes only what's needed for its function.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@sellatrix.com. We will respond within 30 days.
