By accessing or using Sellatrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Sellatrix is an AI-powered sales operating system for WhatsApp and other messaging channels. Features include a 9-step deterministic pipeline, 7 AI sales tools, and multi-tenant architecture.

Use of Service

You may use Sellatrix only for lawful business purposes. You may not use Sellatrix to send spam, engage in deceptive practices, or violate any messaging platform's terms of service.

API Keys and LLM Providers

You are responsible for your own LLM API keys. Sellatrix stores them encrypted at rest but you remain responsible for their security and any charges incurred with the LLM provider.

Limitation of Liability

Sellatrix is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellatrix and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sellatrix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
