Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sellatrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Sellatrix is an AI sales agent platform for retail. It connects AI conversations to a store's real product catalog, inventory, and order history across a website widget, public storefront, WhatsApp, and Messenger — grounded in the retailer's own data, with human handoff when needed.

Use of Service

You may use Sellatrix only for lawful business purposes. You may not use it to send spam, engage in deceptive practices, or violate any messaging platform's own terms of service.

Payment Handling

Orders placed through the AI assistant are created as pending payment — Sellatrix does not collect payment through the chat itself. The retailer's own team follows up to complete payment through their normal process.

API Keys and AI Providers (BYOK)

If you enable Bring-Your-Own-Key, you are responsible for your own OpenAI API key. Sellatrix stores it encrypted at rest, but you remain responsible for its security and any charges incurred with your AI provider.

Limitation of Liability

Sellatrix is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sellatrix after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
