Question 1

Can the AI make up answers about my products?

Accepted Answer

No — every answer comes from a live lookup against your real catalog, stock, and knowledge base. If it can't find something, it says so honestly instead of guessing.

Question 2

Does Sellatrix collect payment from my customers?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, by design. Orders placed through the AI are created as pending payment, and your team follows up to complete it through your normal process.

Question 3

What happens if I run out of included messages?

Accepted Answer

On paid plans, extra messages are simply billed as overage — your AI never stops working mid-month. Only the free trial has a hard limit.

Question 4

Which channels can customers reach my AI on?

Accepted Answer

Your website widget, your public storefront, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and Telegram are all live today.

Question 5

Do I need to be on Shopify?

Accepted Answer

No. Shopify gets you a guided catalog connection, but on Growth and above you can also sync your catalog through a simple API if you're on another platform.

Question 6

Can a real person take over a conversation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI hands off the moment it's needed, and your team replies directly from the Inbox — the AI steps back while a human is handling it.

Question 7

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 7 days, 300 messages, no card required.

Question 8

What languages does Sellatrix support?

Accepted Answer

English and Arabic, including full right-to-left layout.
